Odelianolivia Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Odelianolivia. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at support@odelianolivia.com and we will help.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible bedding items. To be eligible, sheets must be unused, unwashed, free from stains or odors, and returned in the original packaging.

Bedding hygiene policy

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, washed, stained, or damaged bedding cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and cover the appropriate resolution.

How to start a return

Email support@odelianolivia.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if there is a product issue. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Refund timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled before fulfillment begins. If an order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, it must follow the return process above.
