WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, high demand periods, or events outside our control.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to US addresses. No minimum order required.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
