Odelianolivia Shipping Policy

Odelianolivia ships active bedding products from our fulfillment partner to customers in the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free standard US shipping

Free standard shipping is included on every active sheet set in our store. No minimum order value is required.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed and delivered in about 6 business days. This is an estimate and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather, inventory changes, or address issues.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the store menu.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@odelianolivia.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, email support@odelianolivia.com with your order number and we will help investigate.
